Is there a standard NDA template for employees?
We are hiring our first employee and really have no clue on the legal part of the process.
Any help?

http://www.legaldocs.com/ is a good place to be for such legal docs. But if you are talking about serious business, bite the bullet and get professional help from a good copyright/intellectual property lawyer.

You should look at professional help for the same. If you take a standard template you may need to customize it a lot depending on your needs. If you know law its fine, else it may be painful later, when somebody violates the NDA and you sue them. In the court you may find that certain clause you customized is not the right way and makes lot of things null and void.
