How to monetize incremental idea?

I have new ideas for the existing web businesses in travel, matrimony segment. But i am not able to think how i can monetize them. Does anyone have gone through this? Any solution?

    Dear Mr Real Estate,

    I really welcome you if you come with your Real name. and by the way there are companies in travel and in matrimony segment, we cant either reach them or either cross them, we may but it will take more time.

    and by the way i got 2 suggestions for you, start up a priority customer service

    1) Travel Segment : Get in touch with all OTA managers, MMT, Yatra, SOTC, Cox and Kings, Thomas Cook etc etc. Get all brochures and timely updated emails from them. To sell there packages independently they wont charge you.

    Upon closing a package, you will get your commission from them and from then the entire process will be taken care by them. So all the effort you need to put is to meet a customer, put him in high priority, take time, be patient and then sell him the right package he is looking out for , because you will be filtering packages according to his needs. This type is risk free and almost all its just like marketing business.

    For every season there will be good packages coming up with good commission structures, as you deal with multiple OTA’s so you dont need to worry about your commission part.

    2) In matrimony segment, its little bit risky because daily atleast some tens of couples are touching death bells, because of problems between them. So i dont say that this is bad business but its good, all it takes for this segment is open mind, need to read people mentalities and thats it, close a tie up and get your commission

    so so for both you will get money, now think which one you want to head for.

    and by the way i gone through the Travel Segment before.

    What’s the idea? A web portal? If the answer is yes, develop the website, allow it to add value to the existing travel/ matrimony web business, and eventually sell it off to any of the major players within the industry. Meanwhile, you can try and generate revenue via advertising and affiliate sales. If the idea does not justify the development of a new website, go ahead and network with senior professionals from the industry, attend conferences and events, where they participate, and try to pick their brain. You could also try and convince them to hire you as a consultant.
